Account recovery

Go to the password reset page and enter the email on your account. We'll send a reset link to that address. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Try logging in with your email instead. If you still can't get in, search for your page at puff.bio/yourname or contact support below.

We can help, but we have to confirm the account is yours first. Email support and include as many of these as you can:

• Your username and the email you signed up with.
• When you created the account.
• Something only the owner can do, such as adding a short code we give you to your Roblox or Discord profile bio.
• The Discord account linked to puff.bio, if you linked one.

We will never ask for your password. Anyone claiming to be puff.bio and asking for it is not us.
